RETURN POLICY
       CNS believes that you will be satisfied with any items you order from this website. 
       In the event, however, that a product does not "fit" your educational needs
       at this time, you may return a product(s) by following the guidelines:
1) Inform CNS about what you intend to return.
            2) Ship the items within 2 weeks of your receipt of the order.
       Upon receipt of the returned package, CNS will issue a refund for the amount
CNS received for the product(s) minus a 10% shipping and handling fee.*

*To be eligible for a 90% refund of the amount CNS received, the product must be able to be resold for its original price.  Curriculum that has been written in or has marks is considered used and will not be accepted by CNS.
